I wouldn't hire them again.They might deserve another chance - it just won't be with us. I had hoped they would hire professional painters to repaint the hall but communication broke down between them and my niece (who was the one moving-I just hired and paid for the movers). It was better yet you could still see the scratches and paint color variation. We did talk to a supervisor (who was much more professional and was shocked at the) damage caused when he came out to look at the scratches and washed the wall with Mr. They said to wash it with warm soap and water. Actually they had moving blankets and so did we, there was no excuse for not properly covering the washer and dryer before dragging it up the stairs. They did make a huge scratch all the way up the stairs in a brand new (rental) townhouse while movving in the washer and dryer. A few minutes late and they could have been more helpful and careful.
